712,000 Homes Regained Positive Equity
Did you know that in the past 12 months 712,000 homes in the U.S gained positive equity in borrowed mortgages?
According to @CoreLogics recent report on home equity 712,000 home mortgage borrowers moved into a positive line of equity within the last year.
The report also showed that the average homeowner across the U.S positively gained approximately $14,900 in equity.
That's a decrease of 22% in negative equity for 6.3% of all properties with a home mortgage across the U.S.
Which equates to a total of 3.2 million homes.
In North Carolina, the percentage of homes with a positive line of equity is about 96.3%
In South Carolina, the percentage of homes with a positive line of equity is 95.9%
