Krasnoff & Associates gives back to the Community

At Krasnoff and Associates, one of our main priorities is giving back to the community. Our transactions allow us to have the freedom and flexibility of being able to do this. We love that we can create a campaign and launch it with the press of a button and we love even more getting to see the faces of those whose lives we have touched.
Here are our campaigns for the busy 2017 holiday season!
October's campaign: Breast Cancer Awareness
For each contract written, we pledge to give a portion from each contracts closing amount to fight to find the cure for cancer.

Novembers campaign: Turkey to Table Dinner!
For each contract written, we pledge to donate a hot, home-cooked turkey dinner to families in need this holiday season.

Why Use a Realtor

The market is still booming and you're thinking about selling and buying a new home.
Even if you're an experienced home buyer and you think you got this down packed? It's still helpful to use an experienced Realtor. Here's why!

1. The market is changing and an agent knows how to navigate it!
Did you know some homes can be a "poor investment"? It may seem like a steal-of-a-deal but sometimes home values can depreciate. An experienced agent will make sure you are in the best neighborhood and get top of the line for your dollar. The market is starting to change and your local realtor knows the current and future market. We use a statistical analysis module report that shows where the market was, has been and could be going. With this report, we can recommend the perfect home for you that has a high chance of rising in value over time.
2. You're staying local to your area, so why use an agent?
You love your city so you are looking to stay local. An agent knows the are ...

Five Reasons to Sell Now

Here are five reasons listing your home for sale this fall makes sense.
1. Buyers High Demand
The latest report for buyers from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) shows that buyer demand remains in high demand throughout the vast majority of the country. These buyers are pre-approved and ready to buy in the market RIGHT NOW!
Interesting Fact: many buyers are competing for the same house. Homes are receiving multiple competitive offers.
Nows your chance to take advantage of the buyer market!
2. The Market is less Competitive
There are not enough homes on the market to satisfy the buyers searching for homes.
There is a desire for many homeowners to move, as they were unable to sell over the last few years because of a negative equity situation and the market status. As home values continue to appreciate, more homeowners are now ready to move. Don’t wait until this other inventory comes to market before you decide to sell.
3. Quickerm ...

Buying a Foreclosure

Buying a foreclosure
Foreclosed homes can have both major advantages and disadvantage
What is a foreclosure?
Foreclosed homes have been repossessed by the bank or lender due to the owner’s inability to keep up with payments on their home loan. In turn, the bank or lender reclaims the property and puts it up for sale. Banks make money by lending, not by selling homes, so they often are eager to get rid of the home even if it closes for under market value. This presents a huge opportunity to buy a home for a great price!
However, buying a foreclosed home does come with some risks, which can include:
Poor maintenance
Since the former occupant of the property isn’t able to keep up with payments, there’s a good chance that maintenance and repairs have been neglected as well. Make sure to have the property thoroughly inspected by a reputable inspector before seriously considering the home as an option.
The previous owner
If the previous homeowner is still ...
